Not all products listed are available at all times. Availability depends on the brand's current inventory, distributor stock, and your delivery location. Before finalising any order, our team confirms stock availability and lead time. If a specific product is unavailable, we suggest similar alternatives within the same budget and quality range.
Yes. Samples are available for most products. They are typically provided at cost (product price + courier charges), which is adjusted against your bulk order value when you proceed. Sample delivery takes 3–5 working days. To request a sample, share the product URL or SKU with our team.
MOQ for most products with logo customisation is 25–50 pieces. For premium or imported products, MOQ may be 50–100 pieces. Multi-product hampers and welcome kits start at 25 sets. Yes. Most products on BCG can be branded with your company logo or name. Available techniques include screen printing, laser engraving, UV printing, embossing, embroidery (for apparel), and pad printing — depending on the product material and surface. Share your logo in vector format (AI, EPS, or high-res PNG) and our design team will send you a digital proof for approval before production begins.
Yes. We offer multiple packaging options — standard brand packaging, custom gift boxes, branded kraft boxes, rigid boxes with ribbon, tissue paper lining, and custom inserts. Packaging can also be fully branded with your company artwork. Mention your packaging requirement at the time of placing the order.
Warranty terms vary by brand and product type. Tech products (power banks, earphones, Bluetooth speakers) typically carry a 6-month to 1-year brand warranty. PROCTER stands behind the quality of every shipment — if products are found defective on delivery, we arrange replacement or credit at no cost to you.

Yes. In addition to logo branding, we can add personalised messages, employee names, team quotes, QR codes, or event-specific artwork. Personalisation at an individual level (different name per unit) is available for select products, typically with a slightly higher MOQ and longer lead time. Standard logo customisation adds 5–7 working days to the base production and dispatch timeline. Complex customisation — multi-colour prints, individual personalisation, custom packaging design — may take 10–14 working days. Timelines are confirmed in writing during order processing. We recommend initiating your order at least 3 weeks before your required gifting date.
For best print quality, share your logo as a vector file (AI or EPS format). A high-resolution PNG (minimum 300 DPI) on a transparent background is also acceptable for most techniques. JPEG files are generally not suitable as they produce blurry or pixelated prints. Our design team will create a digital mock-up for your approval before production begins — no additional cost.
Yes, always. We share a digital artwork proof (soft copy mock-up) showing exactly how your logo will appear on the product — placement, size, colour, and technique. Production begins only after you provide written approval. This ensures zero surprises when the order is delivered.
Delivery
5 questionsStandard delivery for branded corporate gifts takes 7–10 working days from order confirmation. Orders with customisation may take 10–15 working days. Expedited delivery is available for select products and locations at an additional charge. All lead times are confirmed in writing before the order is placed, so you can plan your gifting schedule accordingly.
Yes. We deliver to all major cities and most PIN codes across India, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune) receive orders within the standard 7–10 working day window. For remote or unusual PIN codes, delivery feasibility and any additional lead time are confirmed before the order is placed.
Yes. For companies with remote or distributed teams, we offer individual delivery — shipping each gift directly to each employee's home or office address across multiple cities and PIN codes. Share a delivery list (name, address, phone number per recipient) and our logistics team handles all shipping. This service is available for orders above a minimum quantity — contact us for details.
Yes, international shipping is available for select products. Shipping rates, estimated timelines, and customs formalities vary by destination country. If products arrive damaged or defective, report it to our team within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs. We will arrange for replacement or credit against your next order at no cost to you. All transit damage is our responsibility — customers are never asked to bear the cost of damaged shipments.
Pricing & Payment
4 questionsWe accept NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, UPI, cheques, and demand drafts. For large orders, advance payment and milestone-based payment terms are available. All payment details are shared on the proforma invoice after order confirmation. We do not accept cash payments.
Yes. All orders are accompanied by a GST-compliant tax invoice with our GSTIN. You can claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) on purchases made through PROCTER as part of your company's normal B2B procurement process.
No. Our formal quotation includes the product price, customisation charges (if applicable), GST, and freight. There are no hidden charges. Any freight surcharge for remote delivery locations or expedited shipping is communicated upfront and included in the final quotation you approve before placing the order.
Yes. Submit your requirement at /submit-requirement with the product, quantity, customisation details, and delivery location. Our team will send a formal PDF quotation within 2 business hours on working days (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–7 PM). Quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Customised products (with logo branding) are non-returnable unless the defect is caused by us. Non-customised products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days of return receipt.
